We love this place! Their cones are awesome and very tall. In addition to great ice cream, their food is phenomenal as well. Highly recommend!

This is a nice drive-up, eat outside, warm weather location to get lunch/dinner and/or ice cream. The service is lacking a bit. We did not get part of our order. Then, they accidentally gave the missing part of our order to another patron. So we had to wait awhile for our full meal. I would give them another chance as this could have been a fluke.

If you need something to cool you off then this place is a good place to go. They have yummy ice cream to help with the Summer heat. They have wonderful flavor options. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this place!

Horrible service and then the soft ice cream was the worst I've had since these types of stores opened in March. Very artificial taste, very disappointed for the money. A small was the price of a large in most other places. When I told the staff that it wasn't good they did not even try to placate me by offering something else in place of what I ordered. There was no one else in line for ice ceam either. Not used to such customer service, they have a monopoly in the area but that isn't a good enough reason for a small business to alienate a customer.

Awesome local place to get ice cream! The ice cream is actual ice cream, which is not what you get from dairy queen or other places. They have a good amount of flavors to pick from that are all soft serve. Be mindful they are super generous with their portions and a small is a pretty substantial amount of ice cream. This place is a must visit if you're in the area

I wouldn’t recommend it.We were completely forgotten about. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for 40mins, I had to go talk to the counter about my order. I saw them walk to the kitchen searching for my ticket that was in the wrong place. They didn’t even attempt to apologize and just said, “we’re working on it now”. We then waited another 16mins and finally got our order. Again, no apologies, no offer for free cone, nothing. After finishing our food, we ordered our ice cream and we discussed what happened and they agreed after asking to give a whopping 10% off our ice cream order. Then, to top it off, they forgot a mix-in in our flurry. Worst service I’ve had in a long while.

Only has contracted out side facilities for the public use. Service was excellent, cold day makes cold ice cream even if it is only soft serve. Pretty cool out side decorations. Did notice extreamly small area in side with tables.

I'm giving this place a 2 because delivery is so slow it's ridiculous. It takes at least 1 1/2 to get your food. The food it self is good. I won't be ordering again. Terrible service.

Pretty much your typical New York roadside food/dessert stop. Burgers are great, and ice cream is absolutely huge, as per norm. Definitely recommend if you’re staying anywhere in the Ticonderoga area!

Nice place to stop and grabs some good soft serve ice cream or some good food. Word of warning is a small is huge! So be careful you might not need a large or try a kids size.

great ice cream butttttt... THERE WAS NO MAPLE, THE ENTIRE TIME MY FAMILY AND I WERE AT LAKE GEORGE! WE WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I went everyday and everyday I was saddened by the fact they did not have their SIGNATURE ice cream. Like really?!!! It’s your most popular flavor and you don’t have it????? That’s why I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Otherwise amazing ice cream, 10/10 recommend...

Biiiig soft serve. Perfect summer treat!

Large servings. Good variety on the menu. Soft serve ice cream with flavors like strawberry/vanilla twist and chocolate/peanut butter twist. Very filling and fast service.
